1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BookBuffet platform (operated at wccthai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

BookBuffet provides an online digital subscription service ("Buffet Book Reading Course") allowing members to read digital publications online through our proprietary secured reader interface. Access is delivered immediately in digital format upon account activation or payment verification.

3. Free Trial & Membership Subscriptions

• 1-Day Free Trial: Registered users are granted 24 hours of trial access to choose and read any 2 publications across all categories. Each unique email address is eligible for strictly 1 free trial. No credit card is required to register for the free trial.
• Yearly VIP Membership: Full access to the entire catalog is provided at a single flat fee of $200.00 USD for 365 days (1 full calendar year). This is a one-time non-recurring charge. There are no automatic renewals or surprise recurring deductions.

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

In accordance with digital goods regulations, all purchases of the $200 USD Yearly VIP Pass are strictly non-refundable once paid. Because we offer a comprehensive 1-day free trial that allows all prospective customers to test the reader technology and content compatibility prior to purchasing, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted once digital access is granted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Digital Rights Management (DRM)

All text, imagery, layouts, and literary works displayed within BookBuffet are the copyrighted intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, copying, scraping, reproducing, or redistributing any digital materials.
• Attempting to bypass the DRM security reader, disable watermarks, or extract raw PDF / HTML files.
• Sharing account credentials or Customer IDs with unauthorized third parties.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
